Amy Bilton heads Business Engagement and Enterprise at Hull University’s Data Science, AI and Modeling Centre, DAIM.
Amy has over fifteen years of experience in innovation and business engagement across academic and corporate research environments.
She has an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, MPhil in Agriculture, MA in creative writing and has worked in various positions like KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) Associate at Newcastle University, Project Manager at the UK Civil Service, from Junior Research Analyst to Associate Manager at Nielsen, Business Development Manager at the University of London as well as Knowledge Transfer Officer at CERN (derived from the acronym for the French “Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire”), which is a European Organisation for Nuclear Research.
